Morgan Tsvangirai turns to good neighbour' with Zimbabwe aid plea

Cape Town - Morgan Tsvangirai, the new Zimbabwean Prime Minister turned to South Africa yesterday to help to stave off the total economic collapse of his stricken nation, which he said could need as much as $5 billion in aid.
