ICJ express outrage at arrest of Magistrate
HARARE - The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) this week expressed outrage at the arrest of Mutare Magistrate, Livingstone Chipadze, who was detained for issuing a Warrant of Liberation for the release of MDC treasurer general, Roy Bennett, last week.
