The ZIMEXPO event is designed to be an annual gathering of Zimbabwean
technical, design, marketing, and business professionals and
entrepreneurs who are building the next generation economy. The event
is comprised of three major components: Entertainment showcase of
Zimbabwean Musical talent, including both traditional seminar formats
and elements of peer-to-peer learning; a major event showcasing the
sellers of goods, technologies, services and infrastructure; and
networking and other events targeted at Zimbabwean entrepreneurs,
venture capitalists, and business development executives; the Miss
ZIMUSA pageant and Sporting activities such as golf and Soccer.

The EXPO provides a unique opportunity for Zimbabweans and Friends of

which represents the diversity of opportunity available for Zimbabweans

This year's (2009) Expo's theme is "My people, My Country, My Obligation
The ZIMEXPO business exhibit is an industry-wide tradeshow and
conference event dedicated to promoting and show-casing Zimbabwean
businesses in the Diaspora. On Sunday, May. 24th, the ZIMEXPO Expo will
host the Executive and Entrepreneur breakfast Conference, an exclusive
two hour session track, focused on business networking and how
Zimbabwean businesses can exploit Diaspora resources to their advantage
in their specific business environments.
The Exhibition will be opened Saturday, May 23rd starting from 9:00
