We dont have enough resources. We have received government promises to
avail finance and we are looking forward to our corporate partner UNDPs donation. We will try to ensure we reach every corner of the country, he said.

He admitted this before the womens consultative constitutional conference held in the capital at the end of last week, where he had been quizzed by Sekai Holland, National Healing and Reconciliation Minister in the PMs office, on the state of governments preparedness on constitutional reform.

The women stakeholders consultative conference was worried by the development.
Without adequate resources, how are we going to be sure our issues have well been articulated? said Eva Mutheliso, a delegate from Kadoma.
