After been questioned by an alleged faction of Zanu PF youth concerning his activities at the funeral, Saize told MISA-Zimbabwe on 22 July 2009 that he was then taken to Mutare Central Police Stations law and order section. He thereafter received personal questions before they released him without any charge.
