The report presented by the Clerk of Parliament, Austin Zvoma, is a typical report concocted at Zanu PF headquarters. It misses by miles the truth that Zanu PF senior officials and rowdy Zanu PF youths were the authors of the chaos.
It is in the public domain that Zanu PF led the mayhem that saw a truly people-driven Constitution-making process being disrupted. The chaotic scenes took place in front of cameras. Zanu PF people, including Cabinet ministers and Politburo members, initiated and executed the chaos that ground the proceedings to an abrupt halt.
The disruption is captured on video as Zanu PF supporters ran riot and embarrassed themselves in front of cameras.
It is surprising for people like Zvoma to claim that a mysterious Non-Governmental Organisation, the Non- State Actors Forum, paid over 500 delegates and NGOs to attend the All Stakeholders Conference without their knowledge.
Zvoma was one of the senior officials at the conference, in full view of the media and diplomats, who were pelted with water bottles by the rampaging Zanu PF hooligans, unless the Clerk of Parliament is saying senior Zanu PF politicians Saviour Kasukuwere, Patrick Zhuwawo and Joseph Chinotimba are members of this dubious NGO called the Non-State Actors Forum.
We wonder whether it is by coincidence that the same Zvoma has in the past week been busy dishing out suspension letters to MDC MPs facing various trumped-up charges.
The Zanu PF-induced chaos was meant to derail the Constitution making process and to prevent the people of Zimbabwe from writing their own Constitution
The MDC restates its position that the constitutional making process should be truly people-driven and doomsday cults and authors of chaos will not stop the national project.

The MDC is shocked by reports that Clerk of Parliament Austin Zvoma has produced a report reproducing the State media lies that the chaos that disrupted the first day of the All Stakeholders Constitution-making process was a result of unaccredited delegates from Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOS).
