Since the formation of the inclusive government in February, the MDC and the people of Zimbabwe have remained unwavering in the need for the speedy resolution of all outstanding issues.
It has taken the three political principals almost six months since the formation of the inclusive government to reach an amicable settlement on contentious issues not only to do with the AG and the Central Bank governor but the swearing-in of Senator Roy Bennet as deputy Agriculture Minister, the appointment of provincial governors, ambassadors and permanent secretaries.
The MDC is a party of excellence. We reiterate our position that all the outstanding issues cannot be greater than the national interest.
