Mafaro called on Zimbabweans to reject any new constitution that was based on the Kariba draft constitution that was written by President Robert Mugabes Zanu (PF) party, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and Deputy Premier Arthur Mutambaras MDC formations in 2007.
