Entrepreneurs will rebuild economy

icsaTROUTBECK The president of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ), Constantine Mutiwanyuka, has said the changing face of business in Zimbabwe could become a reality with building of confidence in entrepreneurship.

Addressing delegates here on its annual conference recently Mutiwanyuka said: The human resource base in the country has literally been whittled away due to the massive brain drain that has been taking place over the past few years. Our general infrastructure has been degenerated drastically and there are calls for radical reforms.

Mutiwanyuka called on the government to enhance partnership with the private sector, local business community and encourage business linkages with the outside world.
