She was due to perform alongside Fungisai Zvakavapano-Mashavave in Birmingham last month but pulled out after her visa was delayed. The show, at Dunstable Leisure Centre, will be a launch concert for her latest album, Ndewake, and there will be a live DVD recording at the gig. The daughter of a pastor, Suluma was already singing in church at the age of eight, and has seven albums to her name since first going into the studio in England in 1995. The new album, like all her previous work, is produced by husband Stephen Suluma.
