Janet Munyaka, a senior journalist with Zimbabwe Broadcasting Holdings (ZBH) is set to appear in court on November 20 on allegations that she was part of a group of relatives that seized property from her late brothers widow Nyarai Chiwashira.The widow lodged a complaint with the civil court accusing Munyaka together with her brother Lazurus Sajeni and Faina Rukanga of seizing her property, which was going to generate income to look after her two children after the death of her husband.
According to The Standard 15 21 November 2009, the trio walked away with a Nissan Sunny, Toyota Hilux, a deep freeze, a bread maker, a Samsung camera, a Nokia 1208 and keys to the couples house in Dzivarasekwa a month after the death of Sajeni.
