MUZARABANI Cases of political violence and intimidation are still being reported in remote parts of the country, according to the MDC. The MDC deputy organizing secretary, Morgan Komichi, told ***The Zimbabwean that Edward Raradza’s district was one of the worst affected areas.
“We have a group of overzealous Zanu (PF) supporters here who still continue to terrorize our people. It is led by Tonderai Chada, the other perpetrators are Mathew Kasiriwiri, Takwana Diamond, Cloud Pfotso who is also the councillor for ward 17 in Hoya, Benjamin Jongwe and Leonard Towaya,” said Komichi.
Komichi said that the police should do more to end the culture of partisan interests in such matters.
