MARONDERA A local business man is in court for trying to take the law into his own hands when he caught his wife having an affair with a local farmer.
Joe Mufandayedza and the business mans wife were discovered in a supermarket storeroom last week. The business man had to be restrained from shooting Mufanyedza and has been implicated in an assault of the farmer.
The business man was in the Magistrates court this week. He was made to pay a fine.
