The supermarket group had recently suspended four floor managers from its Lobengula street branch on charges of indiscipline.
However, in an order granted by Labour Court judge, Mercy Moya- Matshanga, on Monday the supermarket chain group was ordered to reinstate them.
Allegations which led to the suspension of the four floor managers are that on December 22, 2009 branch workers were asked to report for duty as usual, but the four floor managers influenced other workers to refuse in protest over a letter from the group’s human resources manager, Bisset Chimhini. The letter advised all workers that they would not receive their bonus because the supermarket had bought 23 new vehicles for branch managers and uniforms for employees.
