HARARE - Sungura music superstar, Tongai Moyo Dhewa At a packed Sports Diner, Moyo proved his critics wrong but more galling to his fanatic fans was the fact that he defied even the doctors’ advice to take it easy. Notwithstanding that Moyo had the crowds enthralled.
Clad in a yellow outfit, the Kwekwe-based musician left revellers mesmerised and demanding more. The starved fans of the Sungura maestro had a chance to listen to some songs that he is yet to release.
Organised as ever, Moyo showed people at Sports Diner that he is a bona fide musician who puts the interests of his fans even ahead of his personal health.
At Sports Diner Moyo celebrated life. Ever smiling Ingwee seemed to have put behind the tragic death of his wife who died a few weeks ago. His show offered enough proof that he is on the road to recovery.
In an interview Moyo dismissed media reports that he was defying the doctors advice.
I will not stop doing shows. Those who say Im defying the doctors advice are wrong.
