I cant wait for a new season to resume, last season I spent half of the season nursing an injury and I want to capitalize on those missed opportunities to show case what I am capable of.

I still have a lot to offer in this industry and age is on my side, added Stanford.

Ncube also mentioned that he is on demand from many different top teams in the Swazi league but he opts to stay with Swallows until a better offer comes from teams in Europe.

He told The Zimbabwean, I am currently focusing on my career with Swallows even though there is a lot of interest for my services here in Swaziland.

I will stay put and wait for a better offer maybe from an overseas club, most preferable Europe.

Ncube went on to confirm that he is readily available for Zimbabwe Warriors call up as he is now a mature and seasoned player.

I am raring to go and don the gold and green jersey for my country, and I want national team selectors to be aware of this as I am readily available for action.

Born 25 years ago in Bulawayo, Stanford started his career at an early age of 18 with Njube Sundowns before being snatched by former Zimbabwean Champions, Highlanders where he regularly featured for them alongside the former Warriors left footed stylish midfielder Johannes Ngodzo. He only played two seasons for the black and white boys prominently known as Bosso before packing his bags for Mbabane Highlanders in 2006.

The nomadic midfielder once again featured a few months for Mbabane Highlanders and crossed the flow and joined Swallows on that same season in 2006. In the following season 2007\8, Ncube had a brilliant season and he was accorded and bestowed with a Player of the year award by the Swazi Premier league. In 2008\9 Ncube helped his side to the championship and he has received a lot of honors since he joined the Swazi league; these honors range from player of the month, constant man of the match and recognition by many different business companies. Unfortunately for Stanford, last season they were beaten to the top spot after a last minute slip up by Mbabane Highlanders.
