Have Your Say For Thursday Constution Watch

The Zimbabwean is truly a voice for the voiceless - you continue to provide us with news about the constitution. My contribution is that COPCA should buy a column in every paper so that they continue to update us with official information about the on-goings so that the process is transparent and open to everyone who owns it and that is us, Zimbabweans. - Mike, Marondera

I want to express my disappointment at the lack of security in areas where COPAC is holding meetings. I was beaten by Zanu (PF) thugs just after a COPAC meeting here in Chegutu and I wonder what the police are doing to protect the ordinary citizens and why is COPAC silent and not acting on the violence that is going on, should they expect us to come give our view freely in an environment that is marred by violence and intimidation. – Tired, beaten and denied, Chegutu

I am appealing to the people of Zimbabwe to once and for all desist from violence during the time that we shall be waiting for the referendum. Violence will not do any good, instead it will hurt the souls of all of us and leave our nation battered and grounded. I further appeal to those giving their views to talk about a constitution that seeks to end violence in any form. – Pindehama, Kwekwe
