I want to express my disappointment at the lack of security in areas where COPAC is holding meetings. I was beaten by Zanu (PF) thugs just after a COPAC meeting here in Chegutu and I wonder what the police are doing to protect the ordinary citizens and why is COPAC silent and not acting on the violence that is going on, should they expect us to come give our view freely in an environment that is marred by violence and intimidation. – Tired, beaten and denied, Chegutu
I am appealing to the people of Zimbabwe to once and for all desist from violence during the time that we shall be waiting for the referendum. Violence will not do any good, instead it will hurt the souls of all of us and leave our nation battered and grounded.
