The all-rounder, brother to batsman Hamilton, is the only new face in the squad. The cricketer, who has played one One-Day International, replaces all-rounder Andy Blignaut in the squad that featured in the last home triangular series against Sri Lanka and India.
Meanwhile, this will be Zimbabwe’s last home series before the ICC Cricket World Cup begins on February 19. Ireland and Zimbabwe are due to play the three One-Day Internationals on September 26, 28 and 30 at the Harare Sports Club. Zimbabwe squad, to be led by Elton Chigumbura, will be at full strength.
