Motor Action bounce back

soccer_ballHARARE - Premier Soccer League pacesetters, Motor Action, bounced back to their winning ways and opened a 10 point lead at the top of the league table following their 5-0 destruction of relegation-threatened Bantu Rovers at the weekend.

Their win over Bantu, their 14th of the season, pushed their points tally to 45, 10 more than second-placed Dynamos who have played four games less and await a decision on last weekends abandoned clash against Highlanders.

The Mighty Bulls needed a reaction after a two-match winless run that saw them being held to a goalless draw by Shooting Stars before falling 2-0 to former champions Monomotapa last weekend.

.

Mighty Bulls mentor Antipas believes his charges are in the right track as they chase their first silverware since they burst into the topflight league.

Good teams always show their character by the manner they bounce back from disappointing runs and Im proud of the way we did that. The league race is still wide open but I am confident we will win it if we stay focused,” he says.
