The MDC has launched a thorough investigation into allegations of misconduct, professional deviance and unacceptable behaviour within the Partys rank and file, involving Toendepi ShonheWhile acknowledging the desirability of the privacy of the aforementioned two, the Party unreservedly condemns any commission or omission that undermines the values and morals of the Party of Excellence. As a matter of policy and principle, we remain faithful and loyal as we have always been, to the due process of fair hearing.
In this context, the Party has set up a three member committee comprising two National Executive Committee members, Norman Mabhena, Hon. Lucia Matibenga and Harare lawyer, Innocent Changonda to carry out the investigations and complete them within the next eight days. Meanwhile, the aforementioned two, stand suspended to pave way for the investigations and determination of the matter.
