A disgruntled youth who walked out of the meeting said: The whole event was a mere Zanu (PF) gathering, no wonder the deputy minister (Tongai Matutu) never showed up.
The indigenization and economic empowerment programme has been highly criticized for being run as a Zanu (PF) project meant to empower its youths.
