SAVIOUR KASUKUWERE SHOULD JUST SHUT-UP

“These companies think we are still in Rhodesia. They think we owe them something. We spared them fearing sugar shortages and hoping they will reform, but we here they are denying the youths farming land,” Kasukuwere told a meeting of indigenisation stakeholders and Zanu (PF) youths held at the Masvingo Polytechnic College here.

“This time, they are no sacred cows, if they again deny you access to the lucrative sugar industry, go and invade them, invade their plots and offices. We should have taken more sugar production land in 2000.

“The journey has begun, and there is no turning back. Our resources make sense if they are in our hands. We cannot be strangers at our own wedding.

Kick them out. It is better for one black person, his wife and relatives to benefit, not one white individual,” Kasukuwere said, much to the applause of the youths, most of who were bussed from rural areas.”

He added; “Triangle and Hippo Valley’s arrogance is a cause of concern. We had to write to them after they ignored our indigenisation requests. We are going to deal with them this time around.”

Kasukuwere should just shut up!! His utterances are clearly criminal and as such he cannot continue to serve in public office. If the government has a dispute with Triangle and Hippo Valley estates, then they should go via the courts to sort matters. For Kasukuwere to use intimidatory methods is completely unacceptable.

The thick headed Kasukuwere, a major ZANU-PF beneficiary, is clearly inciting violence on Zimbabwes farms. He should be thrown out of government and an inquiry into his utterances commenced without delay. Its sad to see a criminal of his calibre being allowed to set foot in parliament and continue to serve as a public official. Inciting violence is a serious offence and perpetrators must be brought to book. His utterances are clearly designed to please his masters at State House to ensure that he continues to benefit from the ZANU-PF patronage system. This is what happens when uneducated ministers are put in our government. The only method they know is violence and intimidation.

The people of Zimbabwe should stand up to these shallow minded dictators and demand their resignation from public office. In order to serve the people of Zimbabwe, integrity must be the first prerequisite and clearly people like Kasukuwere are of a very low moral standing. These looters are damaging the very brand of Zimbabwe and are solely responsible for the rotting Zimbabwean economy. They should be stopped in their tracks because Zimbabwe cant afford them anymore.

We say Kasukuwere must resign immediately and the Zimbabwe Republic Police must commence investigations promptly. Violent politicians have no place in civilised society. We want rule of law in Zimbabwe and the government must never use violence to get its way. That is where the judiciary comes handy!!
