The conference will bring together policymakers, businessmen, financiers and key overseas players in a high level conference which will highlight Zimbabwe’s attractions as a destination for fruitful Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Finance will co-host the conference with Euromoney. Key speakers will include Minister of Finance Tendai Biti, Minister of Economic Planning and Investment Promotion Tapiwa Mashakada, Minister of Tourism and Hospitality, Walter Mzembi and Trade and Industry Minister Welshman Ncube, as well as a host of other local and foreign speakers.
To be officially opened by Zimbabwe’s Prime Minister, Morgan Tsvangirai, the event will build on the success of last year’s Euromoney Zimbabwe breakfast briefing in Instabul, Turkey at the IMF/World Bank Annual meeting for 2009.
