MUREWA - Villagers here have warned Zanu (PF) against entertaining prospects that it would win any future election, as the stabilized economy was a clear indication of Tsvangirai and MDC-Ts ability to improve the economy and peoples welfare.The rural electorate here said everybody, including those in Zanu (PF), knew that MDC was responsible for putting the economy back on track.
Any future political campaign by Morgan Tsvangirai and his MDC would be a mere formality as history weighs heavily against Mugabe and Zanu (PF). The current improved economy is in favour of the MDC which turned the tables against a spiralling inflation and sliding economy, said a villager from Murewa North.
Villagers said MDC-T was a corruption-free party which put people at the centre of society to take charge of the economy, unlike Zanu (PF) which marginalized the majority.
