Six Zimbabwean activists are on trial for their lives. Munyaradzi Gwisai, Hopewell Gumbo, Tafadzwa Choto, Welcome Zimuto, Eddson Chakuma, and Tatenda Mombeyarara are charged with treason which is punishable by death. The group was arrested on 19 February while attending a lecture and watching television footage of the uprising in Egypt. Nobody should face charges for discussing political events that the whole world is watching.
