Boora, who became a household name following the success of a TV comic drama called Gringo, was reportedly failing to secure a steady job after the collapse of the television project. At one point, he was said to be living a humble life at his Rusape rural home where he joined the Johane Masowe weChishanu sect.
From being an undertaker to a master of ceremonies, the gods have finally smiled on the comedian and he is now fully employed as a sales and marketing officer at a local petroleum company.
However, Gringo who is now based in Hatfield, has high hopes for a TV comeback. Even though I have resorted to sales and marketing because I want to make a living since, I have a family to look after, it does not mean I given up on my acting career, said the rib-cracking comedian.
