On the 10th April 2011, the RSA ZAPU Inter-district meeting resolved the following:2. The interim South African Youth Front structure is recognised as duly constituted and eligible to participate in all ZAPU business including elective conferences in the province.
3. The purported suspension of Mlungisi Tshabalala and Mlamuli Nkomo from ZAPU is null and void. They continue as members of ZAPU Youth Front with a mandate to organise ZAPU Youth Front structures as governed by the constitution of ZAPU.
4. The Council of Elders headed by Prof Matshazi (who is yet to join the party) and Ian Beddowes (who is an agent of Zanu-PF) is not recognised by the branches of ZAPU in South Africa. The RSA districts and branch executives reject to be associated with a partisan group of elders who have lost all legitimacy by their partisan attempts to engineer a divisive agenda which has nothing to do with ZAPU ideals and objectives.
5. The inter-district meeting elected an authentic ZAPU interim province which shall run the affairs of the RSA province until such a time when a conference is called to elect substantive PEC members.

6.9 Secretary for Legal Affairs: Inocent Moyo
6.10 Secretary for Policy & Strategy: Ian Ncube
6.11 Secretary for Security: Sipho Mpofu
6.12 Secretary for Spiritual Affairs: Elson Zanza
6.13 Committee Member: Mbuso Dlodlo
6.14 Committee Member: Jericho Ncube
6.15 Youth Chairperson: Bantubenkosi Sithole
We therefore call upon all members of ZAPU to remain resolute in rejecting any attempts to hoodwink them into participating in a structure that has been hopelessly compromised by its undemocratic birth and baptism by infiltrators.
