The high powered show, organised by BA4 Entertainment Ltd and Blackpearl PR Present, marks the official launch of UK based Zimbabwean talented producer-singer Jusa Dementors single titled Bhundu Girl (native girl).
He will be joined by his Zimbabwean counterparts also based in the UK: R n B dynamic duo BKay n Kazz, Cynthia Mare who released a video for her latest single Catch Me When I Fall in February and urban grooves pioneer Decibel of the Madhara (old men) fame.
Zimbabwes Roby Gee and Cecil Farai – also based abroad – are part of the star studded show, which will be backed by top notch disk jockeys, such as DJ King Alfred, DJ Cosmos, DJ Lady Gee 2, and DJ Lion.
The majestic show is scheduled to roar into life on June 11 at The Drum in Birmingham.
The event will also feature a fashion showcase from clothing designers such as Leah African Designs, Harare Hustler, Haranga Afrik Klodz, Whose We Are and Blackmoor before the VIP after party kicks off at La Dolce Vita.
Jusa, Decibel, BKay n Kazz, Mare and Roby Gee are also part of the Zim All Stars crew.
Together with TK and Jonah, they team up with Nigerian-born, London-based multi-talented songwriter, rapper, singer, music and video director JJC aka Skillz JJC to create a Zimbabwean version of the African anthem ‘We Are Africans’ released at the eve of Zimbabwe’s 31st birthday.
Apart from their individual acts, the cast is also expected to join hands on stage and do a combined performance of the song.
The original track has already received heavy rotation on MTV Base Africa, with over 100,000 reviews on YouTube and the American hip hop site World Star Hip Hop.
The show headliner, Jusa, real name Tawanda Sibotshiwe is a producer, founder and prime artiste of the African Bred Recording Artists (A.B.R.A) Tribe.
Jusa is well known for his electrifying and energetic performances on the dance floors, clubs, bars and parties across Africa and Europe.
