In addition it is a tourist attraction, a fishing haven and a most beautiful water resort. Righteous Father, we in Zimbabwe can truly say you have blessed us abundantly.
Thank you for Lake Kariba, which has been a blessing to so many people. It is place for employment and we think of the kapenta fishermen, who work hard hours – sometimes under very difficult situations. We pray they will have opportunities to come to know you and to experience your kindness that leads us to repentance.
We also think of the men and women who work for ZESA, who help supply electricity for the nation. We lift them up before your throne, may they receive the true light of Jesus Christ in their lives. We remember all those who work in the hotel and house boat industry. We thank you for their servant hearts in caring for the thousands of visitors.
We thank you that so many of the people are witnesses to the life of Christ, and often testify to His great mercy and grace. Father we pray for a move of your Spirit across this area.
