In an interview with The Zimbabwean Joseph Baloyi from Southern Africa Electoral Support Trust (SAEST) said the inclusive government should have presented an opportunity for a democratic constitution.
Baloyi said the Trust was calling for the reformation of the electoral laws to influence the speed up of the process of a new constitution.
“All stages of the electoral process that include voter education, independent inspection of the voter’s roll and access to all media by political players must be managed in a fair and credible manner,” he added.
