Dynamos are gunning for the three points at stake hoping to leapfrog joint leaders FC Platinum and Motor Action who have 43 points from 23 matches while the Harare giants are trailing behind with one point.

After an impressive run of five wins in their last five matches, Dynamos now under the guidance of Callisto Pasuwa will be hoping for nothing short of victory against Monomotapa who won the league title in 2008.

But DeMbare will be without their talented midfielder Denver Mukamba, who was cautioned in the matches against Black Mambas, Shooting Stars and Zimbabwe Saints and will be serving a one match suspension.

Sweeden bound Archieford Gutu will however be an able replacement in a midfield department that also has in-form Tawanda Muparati and Milton Makopa.

Dynamos coach Calisto Pasuwa believes the match against Monomotapa will present them with a chance to close the gap on the log leaders.

"It's a tight contest." said Pasuwa. "But the most important thing is not to worry about what happens to others. At this stage we need to take each game as it comes," he said. Only seven games are left before the season comes to an end.
