Speaking to The Zimbabwean, Msipha said he always consulted Governor and Resident Minister of Bulawayo, Cain Mathema, and Nkomo about issues relating to the improvement of the region, but they sabotaged every proposal he made.
“Our region and our people suffer a lot just because of Nkomo and Mathema. I used to propose better projects for our region when I wasstill in Parliament. Believe me, these guys make sure that Matebeleland remains secluded from development,” he said.
