The artist’s fifth album, Tose, features 13 songs that are likely going to put Kawara on the local and regional music map. In an interview with the Showbiz this week, an elated Kawara said:
"I am happy with this project. The people and the environment have inspired me to come up with the lyrics for my songs."
Tose is an album of love songs including the title track Tose, Wadiwa and Chipo Changu among others. Kawara performed some of the songs from his new album at the Arts Alive International Festival held in South Africa last week.
The Shaina hit maker shared the stage with Afro-jazz superstar Ringo Madlinkosi of the hit songs "Sondela" and "Into Yami" among others.
