Obadiah Musindo, who is also facing rape charges, first preaches the gospel and then brings the Zanu (PF) doctrine to his church meetings that are held every day apart from Sunday.
Unemployed and desperate, young people have been wooed to the church in the hope of finding jobs.
“A friend of mine told me that there were job openings and told me to take my CV with me. When we got to the church we prayed and then Msindo preached a powerful sermon. After that he told us that are supposed to come every day for the training,” said a 23-year-old man.
Repeated efforts to get a comment from Msindo were fruitless.
