Tuku, Nox concert on

Afro-jazz superstar Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi and urban grooves shining star Enock “Nox” Guni are set to share the stage at a concert in South Africa on Friday (September 16).

The show, which will be held at the Standard Bank Arena in Ellis Park, in Johannesburg was initially slated for September 10 before being rescheduled.

The show is sponsored by a female music promoter Merjury Musevenzi.

In an interview with Showbiz on Sunday, Nox could not hide his anticipation of sharing the stage with the legendary superstar.

“It’s a great honour for me to share the stage with an African Legend (Tuku). It’s every musician's dream and I am happy it’s finally coming to pass.”

Nox promised fans a worthwhile show.

“I will play music that they know from Maria to the latest tracks. I am busy rehearsing trying to perfect my act so that I can entertain my fans who will be following me on that day,” said the Ndinoshuwa hitmaker.
