Somanje, son to popular Marondera Sungura musician, Daiton Somanje, was weaned from his father’s Pengaudzoke Band late last year to start his own musical project but had problems sourcing instruments.

“I am most grateful to Ganda, who was sensitive to my plight and chipped in with the musical instruments. The only item we still need is an amplifier (powered). The moment we secure that we can start live shows without bothering other musicians to borrow kit,” said Somanje in an interview.

The young musical group has since established itself as a force to reckon with in the musical industry and attracts overwhelming crowds at its live musical shows.
