Police say they have carried out an extensive search for the boy but it has been futile. Harare police spokesman James Sabau said investigations were still going on.

This week, friends and family members handed out fliers to raise awareness of Given's disappearance.

"I appeal to anyone out there with Given to bring him back to us, please, please in God's name we beg," said the distraught mother Wengesai as she and friends passed out flyers that included a photo of Given and details about his disappearance.

Sabau said a few leads have come in so far, though none has yet to give investigators a solid lead.

The child went missing while attending the show with his 15-year-old sister, Grace, and the family’s maid. – Anyone with information please get in touch on: 0772 959 650, 0772 248 697 or on 0733 114 994.
