This is according to the College principal, Nyarai Madzime, who said that 285 students were due to graduate soon.
“We have recorded a 100% pass rate. On top of that I am pleased to announce that 12 of the 54 diploma students have attained first class passes,” she said.
The remaining 231 graduated in apprenticeship certificates in which 18 had first class passes.
Madzime attributed the achievement to the astute leadership of Student Representative Council president, Bathamelelo Njini, who strived to instil discipline among students. At present Mlezu college has a total enrolment of 513 students.
