Central committee member Enock Porusingazi has reportedly grabbed Lawrenceville Dairy Farm, owned by Mike Odendaal, which produces milk for export.
Mushohwe told party supporters it was irrational for officials to continue to grab productive farms when they had failed to utilise the ones they have.
He said it was a shame that some people in the party continued to be greedy at the expense of the nation.
An official from the Lands Office in Harare confirmed that government had cancelled Porusingazi offer letter to take over the farm.
The country is importing milk from South Africa.
