Today trial failed to take off after both the state prosecutor and the state witness failed to turn up. The matter was postponed to the 6th of December 2011. Meanwhile the accused defense council Aleck Muchadehama has notified his intention to apply for the removal of restrictive bail conditions should no progress be made on the next date of appearance.
