Samson Rwodzi, a student of geography and environmental studies, graduated at the weekend alongside 1,881 other students.
MSU Vice Chancellor Professor, Ngwabi Bhebhe, expressed delight at the success.
“This achievement was a result of the university’s extensive partnerships and networks with other regional sister universities,” said Professor Bhebhe.
Rwodzi was supervised by Professor Marie Huchzermeyer from the University of the Witwatersrand. His external examiners were Professors D S Tevera from the University of Swaziland, J Marais from the University of the Free State and G Hampwaye from the University of Zambia.
