The giant goalkeeper told The Zimbabwean this week that he was still available for selection and expressed confidence that he would don the Warriors jersey again.
“I am still available to play for my country and would gladly welcome that opportunity if it is presented to me,” said Murambadoro.
“I have not heard from the national selectors for some time. Maybe it is because the other guys in my position are doing well. Tapuwa Kapini and Washington Arubi are two good goalkeepers.”
The experienced goalkeeper, who turns 30 in June, represented Zimbabwe at the 2004 African Nations Cup, its maiden appearance and was part of the 2006 edition, but did not play. He is first-choice keeper at Wits.
