This event, which is hosted by the Zimbabwe Diaspora Olympics 2012 Support Network in partnership with the Zimbabwe Business Network, will give an overview and key details regarding the possible composition of Zimbabwe's Olympics team, the programme of activities between now and the Olympics and engagement with the Zimbabwe UK Diaspora in support of the national Olympic team.
This presentation will be a key opportunity for Zimbabweans in the UK to get a first-hand update on Zimbabwe's Olympic preparations and opportunities for the involvement of the Diaspora.
Ms Chindove has extensive experience with the Olympics and her role as Chef de Mission will also allow for important insights not just into Zimbabwe's Olympics build up, but also into the wider Olympics process as a whole.
The event will also be an opportunity for the ZOC to obtain perspectives from the Diaspora, while there will be a platform to share ideas on opportunities this global event presents for Zimbabwean entrepreneurs/ social entrepreneurs/ sports enthusiasts and other interested persons.
