The State was expected to make its submissions today but this failed due to the electricity cuts. The matter has been postponed to Wednesday at 2:30PM before Justice Chinembiri Bhunu.
The whole of the Harare Central Business District faced a serious power cut, which forced business operations at the High Court and most public offices to be affected.
