The bail hearing has been postponed seven times in less than two weeks.
On 15 and 16 March 2012, the bail hearing could not proceed as the Judge was feeling unwell. On 19 March 2012, Zesa switched off Harare Central Business District and court could not proceed without recording equipment which requires electric power.
