Hoaxer guilty

An Australian man has admitted strapping a false bomb around the neck of a teenager to extort money from her wealthy parents. Paul Douglas Peters, 51, pleaded guilty in a Sydney court to charges of aggravated break and enter and detaining a teenager for advantage.
