Kwekwe Poly robs students

EDITOR –I am disturbed and saddened to learn that Kwekwe Polytech is using all possible means to syphon money from the students through unlawful penalties. I am just seeking clarification whether it is lawful for an individual student to pay $10 for misconduct, including late submission of assignments, absenteeism, cheating in an exam among others.
