The lions, believed to have strayed from Hwange National Park, have also devoured donkeys.
Chief Jonah Neluswi Shana said rangers from the Parks and Wildlife Management Authority recently shot one of the lions.
“We have now been left at the mercy of the remaining lions. We urge the parks authorities to track and kill them so that people can move freely,” he said.
The chief also complained about elephants in the area which he said had become a nuisance destroying crops, dams and roads.
