It encompasses all 46 wards of Harare and the responsible contacts in case of non collection. Residents are encouraged to monitor the collection of refuse against the proposed timetable. Our overall goal is to be able to track all services against department annual strategic plans.

Service Delivery Update
Pursuant to complaints received from residents, Combined Harare Residents Association (CHRA) has collected the Harare city council 2011-2012 proposed refuse time table for distribution to residents and partners.
