He has ruffled feathers in Zimbabwe and abroad by his indigenisation regulations where foreign owned companies must cede at least 51 percent to indigenous Zimbabweans.
Analysts have said this is seriously stifling investment but Minister Kasukuwere says he will not go back to the days of colonialism where whites ran the economy “at will”. He has dealt with commercial banks, some mines and is now moving into the lucrative tourism industry in Zimbabwe.
